This Privacy Policy describes how Click2Workflow („we“, „our“, or „the App“), operated by W3X-Gruppe, Inh. Eugen Preiss, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our application and its integration with TikTok.
1. About Click2Workflow
Click2Workflow is an automated affiliate marketing tool that uses the TikTok Content Posting API to publish short-form promotional video content on behalf of authenticated users. The App is accessible at https://www.w3x.group/c2w/.
2. Information We Collect
When you authorize Click2Workflow to connect with your TikTok account, we collect the following information through the TikTok API:
- Basic Profile Information (via user.info.basic scope): Your TikTok Open ID, display name, and avatar URL. This information is used solely to verify your identity during the OAuth authentication flow.
We do not collect or store your TikTok password, private messages, follower lists, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.
3. How We Use Your Information
Click2Workflow uses the information collected for the following purposes:
- Authentication: Your TikTok Open ID and display name are used to authenticate your account and maintain your session within Click2Workflow.
- Video Publishing: Using the video.upload and video.publish scopes, Click2Workflow uploads and publishes pre-rendered promotional videos (typically 15–60 seconds) to your TikTok account on your behalf, only after you have granted explicit authorization.
4. Data Storage and Retention
Click2Workflow stores your TikTok Open ID and OAuth access tokens securely on our servers for the duration of your active session. Access tokens are refreshed as needed and are revoked when you disconnect your TikTok account from Click2Workflow. We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary to provide our services.
5. Data Sharing
Click2Workflow does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- With TikTok, as required to provide the video posting functionality through the TikTok API.
- When required by applicable law or legal process.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure storage of access tokens, and access controls on our server infrastructure.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Revoke Access: You can disconnect Click2Workflow from your TikTok account at any time through your TikTok account settings under „Manage app permissions“.
- Request Data Deletion: You may request the deletion of all data associated with your account by contacting us at the email address below.
- Access Your Data: You may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you also have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object.
8. Children’s Privacy
Click2Workflow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
